We arrived in the dark of night in a rainstorm! Fortunately the front door to the lobby was right on the street and we could easily unload the car before parking down the street.The units were as advertised, and while we only used one of the 2 townhouse style units, we were pleased with the layout of living room/ kitchen and lower level bedroom with master bath. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. The combination washer/dryer unit was convenient and great for light loads as needed.Communicating with Tiffany our host was responded to pretty much immediately when we had questions. For us the location was perfect in Old City Philadelphia with plenty of activity nearby. There is a market, farmers market and Old City Coffee shop just around the corner plus a number of shops and art galleries.

Old City Stay

Visited to go to Wills Eye Hospital. The location was the closest to all the historic sites and restaurants. The units were very clean and comfortable but the outdoor space was not useable as is .. only used to go between the 2 units. For me I wished there was a better view or the option to open a window. The lobby of the building was nice and we were able to have a coffee in the morning and people watch. The parking was extremely close and many spots available. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect Location

This property is in a perfect location. The property manager is very informative. The check in process was very easy. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if my travels take me back to Philadelphia.
