I'll start with the positive. The bed is really comfortable. Now for the rest - the walkway that leads to the property had garbage, overgrown ivy, and some big wet pad blocking the way, easy to trip on. The gate is hard to open. There is a large climate control unit for the whole house as you open the gate and it's difficult to get around especially with luggage. It was pitch black inside as there are blackout curtains, but NO LIGHT SWITCHES NEAR THE DOOR. If you rent this place, have your flashlight ready when you enter. The room is arranged poorly - the bed is against the window, which is on the other side of the LOUD climate control unit in the walkway, and there is no side table, lamp, nor outlets near the bed. The TV is opposite the bed, but not so that you could lie down and watch, you would have to lie on your side to watch. There's a fridge, microwave, and a coffeemaker, but no cups or utensils. The bathroom is small with a tiny sink and no shelf space to put anything on. There is a rolling cart with shelves, but it is too narrow to be useful for setting your toiletries bag on. The shower head comes out of the ceiling and isn't properly sealed, there are no shelves or racks in the shower to set anything on. The listing said WiFi, but there are no instructions about how to sign on. The noise from upstairs is quite loud. The owner communicated very well before I arrived, and then not at all after, even when I sent a message during the stay.
