I loved staying at Poe’s Pad! It was a perfect space for just me while I was traveling for work and visiting friends in town. It was clean and cute, and it was a great location. I will definitely be back!

Great stay in Poe's pad. Best location in Canton. Apartment was nicely decorated and offered everything you need. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely be back.

Love This Place!

Poe's Pad is perfect for us! It is conveniently located in super safe part of Baltimore. We've stayed here before and intend to do so many times again in the future!

So I felt (the owner disagreed) that the property wasn't listed accurately. In the listing, under Amenities, it said "parking", but after I paid for it, the owner sent me a message saying I can't use the parking, it's reserved for the tenant. I told him that was a bit disingenuous to list that as an amenity, I'll let the reader be the judge. The apartment is very small, and the bed is a hide-a-bed that you pull down from the wall and it takes up most of the room. The parking thing was a pain because I had some stuff I couldn't leave in my car. The owner assured me there was nearby parking, and that parking wasn't competitive on weekends in canton, but the first night I had to park 8 blocks away after hunting for 20 minutes and had to carry all my stuff back and forth, and on the way out it was suddenly raining and I had to walk 3 blocks to my car. Also, if you're a stickler for this sort of thing (I'm not) I think the apartment may be against fire code, as there's only one exit and no windows or alternative exit.

Host seemed welcoming, answered all my questions. Place was very nice clean, although bed was small did not work for two people. My only suggestion that there should be more linens, i.e. another blanket. We are two tall people so one had to sleep on the couch, and there was insufficient linens to accommodate that.
