Casita De Agua Encanto, Natural Hot Mineral Spring Property

This historic 1928 cottage is simple, spare and peaceful. It is a couple of blocks walking distance to the historic town, shops, restaurants, grocery store & brewery.
Completely private on a corner lot with a walled backyard. The mineral spring well on the property comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your personal enjoyment. There are 2 cowboy tubs for your soaking enjoyment; a single tub that fills in 3 minutes & an 8’ tub for your entire group that fills in 20 minutes.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms, shared bathroom, full kitchen with breakfast nook, living room with a gas fireplace constructed of specimen rocks and a small gas grill out back.
The house is pet friendly with a fully enclosed backyard and a pet waste station. In town your dog will enjoy swimming in the Rio Grande from Rotary Park and visiting the dog park.
We hope you will find our place as peaceful and relaxing as we do.

Super service and kindness!

The woman who checked us in helped us get acclimated to the area and was so kind to help us out in arranging towing service for our car.She went out of her way several times to help us find towing service and restaurants and other activities in the area. She made our stay here so comfortable despite our car situation! Thank you for your high standards Best Western! You came to our rescue! Thank you for your kindness. We so enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous house with private hot spring- yeah baby!

Stay here, you won’t regret it! Such a sweet little house, close to all the T or C amenities, restaurants and funky shopping, yet a very quiet neighborhood. Beds are sooo comfortable, perfect living space, well-appointed kitchen, and - best of all - a shaded private backyard oasis with your own on-demand hot spring water in two groovy stock tanks… bring your Stetson for the ultimate cowboy soaking, top-level unique experience! Oh, and I hope you’re lucky enough to meet the awesome owner/host!
