Get ready to relax in this 6-bedroom house in Las Vegas. This charming property features 1 king bed and 5 queen beds, perfect for a large group of guests. With amenities like a washing machine, AC, WiFi, and heating, you'll have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The 3 bathrooms provide convenience for everyone. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Safety will never be an issue with our in-home alarm system (only alarm equipment located internally, no cameras inside the home), and exterior security cameras in the front and back yards of the home. No need to worry, though. Privacy is all yours, as the cameras do not view inside the home. Super close to Harry Reid Airport and Las Vegas Strip. Easy parking, newly renovated with a beautiful backyard and large custom pool. We think our place will help you experience everything Las Vegas has to offer!

Pickup “Wash & Fold” laundry service available for an additional fee (price varies).

The house was everything and more. We checked in on a Tuesday evening and the host was very helpful getting us settled. The rooms were very spacious and all the kids enjoyed their own space. The pool was very nice and the host even had it cleaned for us. They had a bbq grill and lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the pool and cold drinks. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you traveling with a big family. The strip is not to far like a 10min drive . The host accommodates your needs , and any questions or concerns he is very responsive and helpful,my family had a later departure and he allowed us to do an extended stay for a few extra hours which was very nice. Overall my family enjoyed the view and stay. When we visit Vegas again we will definitely try to stay here again. Hopefully it’s not booked because it’s well worth it.

This house is very uniquely "Vegas" styled, it had plenty of rooms and bathrooms that were all clean. Location was close to the convention center which we needed. Plenty of parking. Pool was clean, but too cold in the winter to enjoy (that's ok). Neighborhood was okay-ish, there are bars on all the windows, but we did not have any issues during our stay. Easy check in/out. This is a great affordable place for a large group.

The house was awesome tho scantly furnished, which I knew ahead of time. Plenty of beds for all of us & plenty of room to party. The patio by the pool was awesome to hang out, just a lil too chilly to swim but got my feet in. All in all we all had a great time!!

House was perfect for what we needed 6 guys fit easily! Only downfall is the main living room only has one seating area but we didn't spend much time inside because the outside was wonderful! Beds were all comfortable. 100% would stay again. Host was also friendly and quick to answer any questions I had.

The house wasn’t true to advertisement when I got there the house was clean poorly floors dirty debris all over the floor. Backyard did not look nothing like the pictures the pool was dirty hasn’t been cleaned in weeks maybe months had to go back-and-forth with the host for him to get cleaners out there when it should’ve been done prior to arrival other than that the house was great

Family Get away

This was a good place to stay. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a family of 6. Great location for the places we wanted to visit. There were a few minor things that would have made it nicer, but it was a good value and we were happy with it.

Great stay for friends group

The property was great to stay with our group heading to and from the Fiesta Bowl. We had two one night stays a few days apart. Enjoyed being fairly close to Fremont Street experience for a little night life. Would recommend.

The house has plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. Property and pool could have been cleaned for guest to enjoy. One main radon for booking. There wasn’t a outside garbage for dumping trash there was 6-8 filled garbage bags in the driveway of the house left fromPrevious guest ? No pods for dishwasher. Living room tv didn’t work stayed on one show the entire 3 day stay. Our stay was good could have been much better house needs some adjusting and back yard TLC that’s it THANK YOU

Pool needed cleaned. Outside had not been cleaned well. Needed more wash cloths and hand towels. Beds were ok. A/C did work. Parking was plenty. Overall decent for the price.

The property did not meet basic cleanliness or hospitality standards. Upon arrival, the floors had not been swept or mopped, the showers were dirty with visibly unclean curtains, and the mirrors had not been cleaned. There were also no essential supplies provided, no hand soap or toilet paper, which is unacceptable for any rental. It took approximately 10 hours for the host to deliver these basic items after being notified.The listing advertises that the property sleeps eight, but this is misleading. The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping and is closer to a footrest than an actual bed, making it unrealistic to accommodate the stated number of guests.Additionally, the pool was green and completely unusable during our stay.Overall, this property was not properly prepared for guests, and the experience fell well below expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, and basic guest readiness.

Aloha,The overall experience id good. The description of the house is not accurate but safe neighborhood was nice. The floors were dirty upstairs. We actually sweeped them.The facets in two bathroom move, be careful. 1 sofa thats it folks, there are 7 beds not 8. we needed 8, the sofa does have a bed but that means now there are no other sofas for to sit on. Ask for extra towels. Are overall experience was good.
