Guest access
During your stay, registered guest(s) will have the unit to themselves. You will have access to use facilities of the condominium such as the pool, gym, playground, playground, and Movie Theater.

→ Paid parking in Acqua Dettifoss Tower is 50 pesos for the first 3 hours and 10 pesos for every succeeding hour (First come first Serve Basis only)

→ The Pebble: Accessible through the 6th floor. Exit towards the garden and look for the entrance to The Pebble amenities.

BASIC NECESSITIES
→ Lawson 24/7 Convenience Store located at 1st floor Pebble. There are also small nearby stores just outside the Acqua Private Residences gate
→ Garden Jogging Path and Kids' playground are accessible to guests
→ The laundry shop and purified drinking water station are located on the next Building at Livingstone Tower
→ Garbage Room with bins available near the exit door of the same floor.
→ Intercom available to 24/7 concierge
Other things to note
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

→ All guests must be registered. We’ll connect with you once the booking is confirmed and ask that all adult guests provide valid IDs for us to forward it to the PMO for registration. Upon arrival at the lobby, you'll be required to present a valid ID for verification and your vaccination ID.

→ Level 6 “The Pebble” common amenity area for all towers:
Outdoor Lagoon / Children's Pool (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). The pool, gym, and other amenities are closed on Mondays.

→ We’ve provided some house rules for your reading and compliance during your stay.

→ Housekeeping is upon check-out only. Please take the trash out and do your dishes before you leave.

→ Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
