Welcome to the best place for a beach vacation! Beach Manor 108 is a beachfront vacation condo at Miramar Beach’s Tops’l Resort. The first-floor condo features a sunny living room, an open kitchen, and a gulf front patio. With two bedrooms and two baths, the condo can accommodate up to six beachgoers.

The interior of Beach Manor 108 is decorated in a beach style—perfect for a Destin vacation. In the living area, there is a white queen-size sleeper sofa. The couch is flanked by two accent chairs and an overstuffed armchair with an ottoman. The seating ensemble centers around a hardwood coffee table. A chic geometric rug pulls it all together. Across from the couch, a large flatscreen TV is mounted atop a rustic credenza with coastal décor. On one side of the living room, a wall of sliding glass doors opens onto a shaded porch furnished with a raised table and chairs. It’s a perfect spot for lounging outdoors while enjoying tasty appetizers, a cold drink, and the company of your fellow vacationers. Back inside, a dining area features a formal table with seating for six. The table sits underneath a white chandelier and beside a decorative mirror. The kitchen window overlooks the dining and living rooms. A combination of white appliances, spacious cabinetry, and lots of counter space make up the kitchen. If you like to cook while on vacation, this is the perfect place for you!

The master bedroom is warm and sunny. It boasts a king-size bed, white cottage-style furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and a panel of sliding glass doors that look toward the beach. The bedroom’s full ensuite bath includes a tub/shower combo and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is perfect for the kids, as it has a twin-over-full bunk and a twin trundle bed. A TV is also provided for entertainment. The guest bedroom has access to a full hall bath.

When guests stay at Beach Manor, they have access to a variety of vacation amenities. These include a community pool, hot tub, and sundeck with pool chairs. The pool is great for a freshwater dip before or after spending time on the sandy beach. The sugary shoreline is less than a minute away, with convenient beach access at the resort. There is also an onsite fitness center for those who want to keep up with their exercise routine while on vacation. Another resort bonus is the adjacent Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, where visitors can explore an untouched tropical oasis.

In addition to all of this, a stay at Beach Manor places you near unique Destin and South Walton experiences. Silver Sands Premium Outlets offers discount designer shopping, while Grand Boulevard provides upscale shopping and dining experiences. *This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

*Beach Manor is a smoke free building. No smoking is allowed in any common areas of the building including individual unit balconies. A designated smoking area is at the east side of the building near the dog run.
