No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
This property has an enclosed parking garage with a height limit of 6’5”(77 inches) with no overflow parking.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect room, great location

The room is on ground level so super easy access to pool and beach. The king bed is actually two twins but we didnt mind because the mattresses were super comfy. This was a great room overall.

AVOID VACASA

Unfortunately our fourth stay at this resort turned into our worst experience. We usually go through an owner (VRBO) but our usual rental was not available. We experienced a malfunctioning keypad one evening and immediately called the company number for assistance. We were directed to the after hours line. After returning to our rental 3 hours later at 10pm with two children we were still locked out. Luckily a bedroom exterior door had been left unlocked that we located while trying to get into the rental. My husband stayed up half the night waiting on maintenance. We finally received a call at 10 the next morning that’s 12+ hours later. At this point we were exhausted and frustrated. No one wants to deal with on going issues while on vacation. Vacasa did refund us for the one night. However the situation left us frustrated and we ended up leaving the resort a day early.

Condo

We loved the location, the walk to the beach, the exercise room and hot tub. The restaurants nearby were wonderful. The best time to go is in the lFall. We will be back next year

Close to the beach

Many pros and cons to this unit. Love the short distance to the beach and pool. The place is nicely decorated. It also has all the supplies needed to use the kitchen. Washer and dryer work well. However, the twin beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room are pretty uncomfortable according to my adult kids. They are more suitable for younger kids I believe. Another issue is the master bedroom has two twin beds put together to make a king. We constantly have to push the mattresses together, it is very inconvenient. There are other units more suitable for our needs, so I doubt we will be renting this place again. I can see families with little kids enjoying this unit though.

Nice ground floor unit

You cannot see the ocean from here, but walking to the beach is very quick. You have a view of the sand dunes. Nicely outfitted in the kitchen. Nice decor but furnishings are not new (they have a little wear but not as much as we have seen in other units).

Great Family Cation

Tue location of stay is great, minutes from the beach. Beds are comfortable and roomy enough for a family. Only downside is checkout is by 10:00 AM.

Great Location, Sub-par Guest Services

High Points: The condo’s location is incredible. 40yds from any of Tops’l pools, guest use grills, the on-site restaurant, and beach access. The space in the condo was also adequate for the 5 guests that we brought. Pull out couch was simple and uncomfortable but that’s to be expected. Low points: The guest services were sub-par. We stayed 5 nights at this property were given only 1 extra trash bag, were not given any hand soap in the bathrooms (which we called for and never received), and were not left with any bedding for the pull out bed (once I called and asked, bedding was dropped off the next day). In other words, if you stay at this property, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING on your own. I humbly feel with the price tag of our stay, I expected to to have a surplus that my family could use as we need or at least replenished after initial 1 replacement is left (or present on check-in for hand soap). Overall, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this property, just come prepared!

Great location!

Second visit to this condo, fifth visit to Topsl. We love how close it is to beach, spa and pool. Topsl is a beautiful property, gorgeously updated lobby, easy access to parking garage.
