Unit has Wi-Fi, 1 king 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom, living room with couch & 50-inch TV. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances & there is an office room for professionals

Newly renovated 2 bed/1 bath with dedicated office space unit minutes away from Downtown. Fully equipped kitchen w/ luxury stainless steel appliances, smart TV, in-unit washer/dryer, and much more makes this the perfect place to stay with family & friends.
➤ 2 Bedrooms - 1 King size bed and 2 Queen beds. Can sleep a maximum of 5 guests.
➤ Dedicated office space with ergonomic chair and desk.
➤ Living, Kitchen, Dining, & Bathroom located on the main floor (no stairs in the unit).

-Please provide a copy of your Government ID. ID Verification are required to check in.
-Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.

-No smoking inside the unit. Guest are responsible trashing the cigarette buds in the outdoor bins. Please check the house rules!
- No parties allowed, noise monitoring device is placed inside the unit.

-The pet fee is $150.
-There will be an additional pet fee for undisclosed pets. Please read the house rules for more details
