Summary:
Be one of the first to stay at this brand new house in east Flagstaff. Close to everything you need, including trailheads into the peaceful pines and the amazing Flagstaff trail systems.

Close to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, REI, Snowbowl, sled riding, Continental Country Club, Flagstaff Mall, and historic Route 66.
Day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Petrified Forest, & Painted Desert.

The Space:
Enjoy this single-level 2 Br/2 Bath house with beautiful views from the front patio. We have a well-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steal appliances. The living room features a comfy sectional couch and a 65" Smart TV


The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom, while our second bedroom has a queen with a bathroom and shower conveniently located adjacent to the room—each with large-screen smart TVs. The beds are super comfortable and everything is new and very clean.

A door code will be sent to you one day prior to your arrival.

Absolutely cozy little home to retreat to. We were in town to visit with family and play tourist. The location was perfect, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is pretty equipped. Very clean and well cared for. We highly recommend and hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Great stay but unexpected hospital stay for 30 hrs. Our hosts went above and beyond to accommodate the inconvenience. Will definitely return if nothing more that the kindness or our hosts, but everything was perfect. Neighbors are great.
