Welcome to our brand new, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat nestled along the picturesque shores of Lake Hamilton. This waterfront haven offers an array of exceptional amenities, ensuring a truly unforgettable stay.

Unwind by the expansive sports pool, featuring a volleyball area and a relaxing tanning ledge complete with two water loungers. Adjacent to the pool is a year-round hot tub, perfect for soothing soaks under the open sky.

Outdoor Delights:
Step onto the generously covered back porch, thoughtfully equipped with a bar and ample gathering space. This vantage point offers breathtaking vistas of the water, visible from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and two upstairs bedrooms.

Luxurious Accommodations:
With three king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms spread across two levels, there's room for everyone. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, while three occupy the upper level.

Scenic Surroundings:
Just a stone's throw from Garvan Gardens, this home boasts a privileged location. Take advantage of the dual covered boat slip and a 100-foot boardwalk hugging the shoreline, inviting you to explore the tranquil waters.

Year-Round Comforts:
While the pool remains closed from November 1st to February 28th, it offers a refreshing escape during the warmer months. For cooler evenings, the outdoor fire pit is perfect, and firewood is on us. Choose between a large or smaller charcoal grill for your culinary endeavors.

Modern Luxuries:
Indoors, take in the ambiance of the modern fireplace as you catch your favorite shows or a game on the large smart TV. Sink into plush recliners and the sprawling sectional for pure relaxation. Each bedroom comes with its own TV for personal entertainment.

Ample parking ensures convenience for your family gatherings. This private retreat guarantees a getaway like no other. Paddle boards and kayaks are also at your disposal throughout your stay.

Rest assured, the hosts are local and very responsive, ready to address any concerns that may arise during your stay. We're dedicated to curating the ultimate vacation experience, where every detail is designed to surpass your expectations.

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.***

***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.***

***Please note: There is ongoing construction next door as a large home is being built. While we can’t predict the daily schedule, some noise may be heard during working hours. Thank you for your understanding as the neighborhood continues to grow.***
