Finally!

Finally found the perfect gem in the heart of Athens! Loved our stay in the charming, quiet yet convenient neighborhood close to all things Athens! The townhome was beautifully updated and furnished and the host was very easy to communicate with! Will definitely book again :-)

Great deal and amazing location

Brad's condo was a perfect home base for a big SEC football weekend in Athens. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. Brad was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. This would be my first choice for a place to stay if I return to Athens in the future!

Great place and location!

We loved our stay here! Great location and easy to walk to campus and downtown. Place is spacious and has everything you'd need. Loved the deck too. Beds are super comfortable too! Owner is easy to work with and responsive when we needed. We'd love to stay here again!

We are long time UGA fans! We have three children who have graduated from UGA and one currently there. We have owned this condo since our oldest attended, and two have actually lived there. We are excited to have a place to visit and to share with others when we aren't in town!

We love the hometown feel of this neighborhood. You can walk to Ideal Bagel for breakfast, Smokehouse Barbecue for Lunch or Papa Johns for late night!
