Steps away from center city, this cozy, modern oasis features warm glows of ambient smart lighting and an electric fireplace for your comfort and convenience.
The interior of the house has been beautifully finished with chic designer touches, luxurious memory foam mattresses, and all of the necessities for a blissful stay.
The mature trees, and fully-enclosed private yard provide serenity and nature rarely found so close to city center.
The serene outdoor living area features a deck with an outdoor smart TV, grill, ample seating, and a pergola with hammock chairs and string lights... all fully enclosed by a 6ft privacy fence and mature trees.
The living room features remote-controlled fire place with adjustable lighting and temperature, mood lighting, and smart TV.
The smart TVs in the bedroom, outdoor space, and living room all come equipped with access to sports, news, cartoons, and many other popular channels.
Each bedroom is furnished with a luxury memory foam queen mattress, comfortable bedding, and both firm and soft pillows to accommodate all preferences.
The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, utensils, and other necessities. The bathroom boasts floor to ceiling tile, and is stocked with hygiene products such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
The entire home is yours to enjoy! There is one small, locked closet to keep our supplies
The homes is located in a neighborhood central to all of Charlotte`s hottest spots! The home is walking distance to popular casual restaurants, an eclectic coffee shop, neighborhood parks, and more. Popular Charlotte hot spots such as the Panther`s Stadium, Camp North End, Optimist Hall, museums, Southend, and the airport are all minutes away
Identify verification, lease, and security deposit required for long term stays
smoking indoors, parties, theft, or damage will result in $500 fine in addition to actual damages
Unapproved pets not allowed and subject to $500 fine. Must clean up after all pets (poop bags provided) and no pets allowed on beds or furniture

I chose this neighborhood because it’s in such a convenient and growing part of Charlotte. It sits on the west side of Uptown, which means you’re just a few minutes from the airport and only a short drive to all the restaurants, sports venues, breweries, and events that make Charlotte fun.
It’s a great spot for guests who want easy access to everything — NoDa for arts and live music, South End for breweries and shops, and Uptown for Panthers games, Hornets basketball, museums, and nightlife. You get a peaceful residential feel while still being close to all the action.

This home is really special to me because it was a full love project. I completely gutted it, redesigned it top to bottom, re-graded the outdoor space, and put a lot of intention into every detail. My goal was to create a bright, modern, comfortable space that didn’t feel like a generic rental — but a place you genuinely enjoy staying in. And one of my favorite parts of the home is the outdoor space. The property has a large private yard that’s perfect for relaxing, hanging out, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. There’s a spacious patio with outdoor seating, cozy swings, and even an outdoor TV, so guests can unwind outside just as comfortably as they do inside.
With years of hosting experience, I’ve learned what guests appreciate most, and I’ve designed this home around that. It’s warm, welcoming, easy to settle into, and made with care from start to finish. I’m excited to finally share it here and hope you love it as much as I do.
