"*** Sanitation/Cleaning Update ***

At Diamond Resorts, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is of utmost concern. We remain diligent in our commitment to provide a safe, hospitable environment for all who visit our properties. Please read below for the latest developments relating to Diamond and our response to COVID-19.

Located in a quintessential Austrian village, Alpine Club was built in traditional Alpine-style. Ideal for winter or summer fun, the resort is surrounded by natural beauty. Hike the twisting trails up to the Skywalk Dachstein or challenge yourself on one of the nearby ski slopes. Head to nearby Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart, and immerse yourself in Austria’s rich culture.

Approximately 215 square feet, this Studio unit features 1 Queen Wall Bed or 1 Full Bed within the living area including a partial kitchen, dining area and 1 bathroom. Maximum of 2 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:
The resort requires a valid credit card to charge a refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment upon check in (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).
Tourist tax: €1.50 per Adult (16+) per night.

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A €100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay upon inspection of your apartment(s) however please note the funds will only appear in your account once processed by your financial institution. Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances can the maximum occupancy level be exceeded. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. If you intend to arrive later than midnight on your arrival date please notify the resort as soon as possible or your reservation will be deemed as a ‘No show’ and may be cancelled. The nearest airport to Alpine Club by Diamond Resorts is Salzburg Airport which is 56 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

*** Parking Policy ***
Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked on-site, no charge.

*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
No smoking inside including electronic cigarettes, unless if it's in a designated area.

*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

*** Other Notes ***
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.

Anti-Social Behaviour: Any anti-social behaviour that affects the family-friendly atmosphere of the resort will not be tolerated. The resort management reserves the right to refuse check in or terminate your stay were any guest(s) is displaying abusive or disruptive behaviour that could cause harm or a disturbance to other guests or resort staff including damage to the property or affecting the enjoyment of other guests. In the event such action is taken the resort management will have no further liability or obligation to you and no refunds will be given.

Due to the nature of our resorts, please note that they are not suitable or recommended for stag/bachelor, hen/bachelorette or similar parties.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the property.

Meals and other extras are not included in the room price however they may be available to purchase at the resort.

The resort operates an on-going refurbishment programme. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. While the hotel/resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance. Some resort facilities may be withdrawn for routine maintenance or be subject to seasonal availability and provision of the facilities cannot be guaranteed. Please check the resort information page for any important resort notifications that may affect your stay.
