Relaxing Vacation Home

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week. The home exceeded my expectations! The property is located within walking distance to the beach in a peaceful well-kept neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were big for age groups ranging from children to seniors. The pool and hot tub heaters work well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner’s communication was excellent. My only suggestions were a manual for the home and a sectional couch would be a welcome addition to the living room to allow for extra seating.

Private, quiet, central and so much space for our 2 families. If you stay in Gulfport, this is the house you want to stay at. Our host had great communication and has everything you would need available. You dont even need to bring beach chairs!!The kids loved the game room and everyone loved having their own private bathrooms. I sacrificed the master in order to have a balcony room to wake up and have coffee at every morning. The cabana was awesome and had a tv to watch the fight while we hung in the pool. I wish we could take this house home with us. The only things about the house that may be a negative would be all the stairs, but only if you have trouble with climbing them. And it is right next to the railroad. A couple times one would come through right as i was falling asleep and blow their horn. But every room is equipped with a tv and sound machine to help. We actually got used to it quickly and it really didnt bother us.

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed the house. Our favorite part was the backyard. The pool and patio area was a wonderful place area to swim, relax, and make memories. The house was nice and spacious. Rooms are comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook in it.The biggest knock was the master bedroom.The listing stated that it had a king size mattress but it was only two twins pushed together on a king size frame. That was disappointing for my wife and I. There is a train that runs right behind the residence, but the noise is not terrible.It was a great vacation for our family and I would have given this review five stars if it had a king size mattress as advertised.

Family outing to the beach

My 3 children and 3 grandchildren took a weekend trip to the beach. Our stay at this home was so relaxing, very roomy, very clean, we cooked to avoid crowds in restaurants, swam in the pool. Would highly recommend this place to families want to spend time together

Unbelievable gem

Fantastic property. Very clean, huge house with everything we wanted or needed. Amazing pool and sitting area next to the pool. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this location to everyone.

Pros- Great location, kitchen/living room, and pool area. Enjoyed it! Cons- small but annoying issues; internet, light bulbs out, no ice, no towel bar, & more… A little more attention to details and the overall rating moves up.

Great House

This was a great spot to vacation. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house is very spacious. Communication with property manager was excellent. We will stay here again.

Honest Review - Very Disappointed

Overall, house is definitely located in good area and has a ton more potential than we received. Upon arrival unloaded car a got ready for dinner. Several bathrooms had what looked like mold growing, pool was dirty, yard had not been mowed, furniture was dirty. After returning from dinner upstairs AC had still not cooled down upstairs, contacted property agent through VRBO app and was informed they would contact AC guy. Never heard back from them. Next morning figured what the heck id just clean the hot tub out myself only to discover hot tub was not hot at all. Messaged agent again with no response to hot tub issue but definitely received an automated message at 7am about checking out and how they hope we enjoyed our stay. Decided to just go ahead and get ready for the day only to find more mold and uncleanliness with the mold and to the point someone's old drycleaning bag/receipt from 10/24. After sending additional pics to agent they replied they appreciated the photos as they are unaware of the issues. As we are getting ready to leave found a roach on the wall between the living room and kitchen area.Additional game room has cords running all over and nothing electric was working, outside grill extremely dirty.Definitely have way more than the 8 pics it will let me upload

A Great Gulf Coast Experience!

This is a well-maintained home. We were very impressed with the spaciousness of this property. All of us were very comfortable in our own bedrooms with separate bathrooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of room for grocery storage. We especially enjoyed the pool and the hot tub - daily. The location has easy access to local services, restaurants and area attractions. Our stay here really added to an overall memorable experience in Mississippi!

Wonderful

This house is excellent! Very clean and neat! Spacious with walk in showers and huge kitchen. Not far from the beach. The train wasn't too loud that runs behind the house so that was great. The pool and hot tub will be wonderful once it's finish.

New Year’s Getaway

Excellent property and location. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we did not have time to stay longer. Everything was clean and we did not need anything. It was HOME AWAY FROM HOME… Equipped with everything…. I would definitely recommend and we will be returning in the future. Thanks Mandy and Jay!

Book it!!!

Title says it all!!! First of all, absolutely awesome communication. From the lead in to the check out! Any and all questions answered and even just checking in to make sure everything is right. The home is beautiful! Pool was great, hot tub very relaxing after a day on the go. Ping pong table kept the entire family entertained for hours and hours. Thank you so much for sharing your home!!! Burton is a great little cul-de-sac area just off of 2nd Street, which is a very highly sought after area in Gulfport. It has many beautiful oaks and is one block from the beach and close to downtown. There are historic homes near this area that have been renovated and many new construction homes. It is a very quiet area where you'll see many retirees walking their dogs or going for a walk/jog when the weather allows when you're driving up and down 2nd.

This property has all of the New Orleans style flair but only a block from the beach. It is a very short drive to downtown (no more than 5 minutes) and also very close to Biloxi as well. The very high end finishes and en-suite bathrooms make for a luxurious experience with all the privacy you're looking for. The large porches are perfect for enjoying coastal breezes and quiet time. There is also an 80's style arcade area downstairs with Ms Packman game and Pop-a-shot basketball toss.
