Situated on hundreds of acres with its own private air strip, high-fenced exotic animal sanctuary, paddle-driven pontoon Sunrise Mimosa and/or Sunset Wine tour*, owner-hosted golf cart Safari tours*, views of the skyline from all directions allow for FAB pix of the Texas countryside. I have the best time meeting new friends and finding ways to help them make their trip memorable. I provide a healthy list of extra things to view/experience within the area of this site. We are available to help you book guided fishing trips, private massages, trips to local events, local vineyard tours, historical sites within a short driving distance, share our knowledge of the best breakfast tacos, flame-cooked local burgers, local farmer's markets, etc. There is even a drive-in movie theater (about 20 miles). Please never hesitate to ask for assistance, my goal is to make this a memorable and exciting location for you and yours to visit over and over again and to feel proud to share with your friends!

You will be able to see llamas, exotic species of deer, as well as our mini-goats, ostrich, geese, swans, and many more! You will be able to see both the sunrise AND the sunset from your stay with us.
