Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words about the property — we’re glad the home felt comfortable. We do want to be clear that our guest fee policy is disclosed as part of the booking terms and is not an unexpected charge added after the fact. These fees are tied to the approved reservation details and help ensure accurate occupancy, property protection, and compliance with house rules. While we understand that additional charges may not be ideal, they are part of the agreed booking conditions and should not be characterized as hidden or unfair. We’d be happy to welcome you back provided future reservation details are entered accurately from the start.
