Huge 3BR 1 BA suite with kitchenette, pool, balcony, room to park multiple boats.
A private entrance leads to a section of the house entirely locked off from the rest of the home so that you will have complete privacy in the interior spaces.
This unit is one of three on the property. Large groups may consider renting more than one unit. All units are private interior with no interaction with other guests or staff unless requested. Exterior spaces such as the pool are shared.
Cooking facilities are limited, so if you need a full kitchen, please consider booking our main house instead.
Pool and outdoor jacuzzi are not heated.

Three rentals are on the property:

The main house is a large 3 BR 2 BA unit with a full kitchen and sunroom. Maximum occupancy eight.

The guest house is a 2 BR 1 BA in a separate building with a kitchenette (no oven). Maximum occupancy six.

THIIS UNIT: The “penthouse” is a private suite with a balcony, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a kitchenette (no oven). Maximum occupancy seven.

This luxurious home is located in the subdivision called Sunnyside. Property is surrounded by lakes, rivers amazing parks like Venetian park and Marina. Also, minutes from Leesburg's quaint downtown, shopping mall, the cool Sea Plane City of Tavares, nearby golf courses, main highways, and only an hour away from Central Florida main attractions and International airport.e it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

The host was excellent with communicating. The property was a we expected, clean and what we needed. We used the empty garage to house one of our three vehicles. The other two stayed in the driveway. Our trip kept us away from late morning until late afternoon but a perk during our evenings was the entertainment at the Sawgrass Grove nearby.

There is an internal door labeled maintenance access that leads to another residence. And that residence has a huge window overlooking the pool. In addition there is a camera overlooking the pool. The beds and sheets looked clean and nice the bathroom looked nice too, but the couches were covered for a reason, window sills dirty, closets dirty. Overall felt very uncomfortable and didn’t stay.

Has potential but lacking!

Not clean at all. Microwave didnt work did bring another one. Hot Plate didnt work. Brouggt nother one. I took photos if everything and sent to the owner. He will come in after he emails you. On his time frame to fix what should have been right in the first place. The furniture was broken and counter top was pealing but sid dont worry i wont charge you! Horrible accomidations.
