Granite kitchen with R/O drinking water system. Granite and Quartz Bathrooms. Master has a king-bed, TV, large tub, separate shower, large custom walk-in closet and safe. Guest Room has Queen Murphy bed or Office setup. Covered patio faces the water with BBQ & ceiling fan. Two-car garage. NO SALES TAX.

We chose Sunset Cove in Gainey Ranch because of the lovely, peaceful setting on the water. The smaller pool is four units away and the Clubhouse pool is one block away.

Our property is set up to be "wired" or "wireless" for Internet. Guests can choose to use an electric "cut off" switch provided in both bedrooms to help improve sleeping and for sensitive guests.
The master bedroom king mattress is non-toxic foam that is on the firm side.
Free landline telephone calls in the U.S. and Canada.
We have a reverse osmosis water filtering system is great for drinking and cooking.
