This is a new listing but it was quite deceiving from the pictures. Though the house was clean I doubt it would have passed code. The flooring would be dangerous for anyone with a slight mobility issue. It looked like they hired a bad contractor that did terrible work and left them with a mess. We had a friend that stopped by briefly and she couldn't believe it was on VRBO. When you pull up it looks abonded. We had issues with the locks on the home. As soon as the door closes it locks. Well if you don't have your phone and you don't remember the long password your screwed. And even when we had the code we were locked out everytime until the evening of the second day of our trip. The air didn't work and the laundry machine broke. The owners were definitely new to being host and seemed to blame us. The host were polite until the day of our departure when we were running a little late and had communicated that with her. We cleaned the house the day we got there and the day we left. This place leaves much to be desired.
