Summary:
Bella Breeze is a family favorite with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1min walk to the Santa Rosa Sound, and only 4 miles to Navarre beach! Bring your lawn chairs and watch the sun go down in this waterfront community! Pets are welcome. Most baby items and cooking amenities are provided. TVs in every room. Space for boats and RVs! Amenities include an arcade, pool table, ping pong table, piano, and grill. Beaches, crab island, waterparks and more! Book with Ronin Stays LLC, we won't disappoint!

The Space:
Bella Breeze has 1,693 square feet and a split floor plan with the master bedroom to the right and two guest bedrooms with one full bathroom to the left as you enter. Single-story home. The kitchen and dining room includes an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The 2 car garage includes a luxurious pool table with beach equipment. The master bedroom features a private entrance into the backyard. The backyard is completely closed off with a privacy fence, outdoor seating and a grill.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a unique access code for the front door prior to check-in. In the unlikely event of any issues with the digital lock, a backup lockbox containing a physical key is available on-site. Access instructions can be viewed in your guest portal 1 hour before check-in for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Bella Vista is a beautiful private waterfront community with no through traffic located just off of highway 98. The immediate area is very safe with a strong military presence.

Getting Around:
Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
The booking guest must complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $85 for up to 2 pets

There is no water access from the community. Please do not walk through private property to access the water. The closest beach nearby is Navarre Beach.

A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.

For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at:
- At the Front Door
- On the Backyard Patio
There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.

To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 8 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the home in great shape for everyone!

Interaction with Guests:
For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages around the clock to ensure timely support.

Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.

All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.

Directly south is a small community area. BYOC (Bring Your Own Chairs). See the map in the listing's photos for additional info. There is no man-made access point into the Santa Rosa Sound and swimming is not permitted.

Bella Breeze has 1 driveway with plenty of parking. The driveway is a triple-lane driveway, located immediately in from of the house, can accommodate 5 average sized sedans. Boat and RV parking are permitted. Parking on the road is also permitted. Please be courteous to the neighbors.
