Very clean. Pool was always clean. Apartment is beautiful and everything was wonderful. Bed very comfortable.

great spot. clean, excellent lap pool. Bed was super comfortable.

Really enjoyed our time at this place. Only heads up is if you are handicapped there isn't an elevator in this building. We didn't mind the stairs.

Pros: close to airport, beautiful and spacious balcony, decor Cons: no elevator, cold showers, poor shower drainage, lacking cooking utensils, closet hardware in disrepair, poor signage, missing towel rack in second bathroom, no indoor dining area.

We had an awesome time at Julissa’s apartment. The place was very clean and we felt right at home. Security was great, there is a security station at the entrance to the apartments and all vehicles checked before coming in. All the amenities worked, bedroom and bathrooms were clean and internet was super fast and easy to connect. Uber arrives in less than 5 minutes whenever we request for one. One point to note though, uber’s location app is not very accurate so they will arrive at the front gate and we usually have to walk to the gate for them to locate us as there is no way to direct them to the apartment from the app, maybe easier if you speak Spanish and can give directions to the uber driver directly. It is also about an 8 minutes ride to the airport so super convenient location. There are also restaurants and shopping areas close by. Our host Julissa was very nice and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Accommodation

I have stayed at quite a few properties in the Punta Cana area, this one was was one of the best. The property is located very close to the airport but the noise of airplanes were not an issue during sleeping hours. The property and the apartment are very well taken care of, & the security does a fine job. The pictures provided were very accurate when seen in person. Julissa the property manager made everything very easy for us here, as far as the check in / check out process. A couple things to note are, this apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator so this might be a bit of a difficulty if your party has physical heath issues, also there was not much kitchen appliances but this wasn't much of an issue as there is many restaurants / fast food locations near by, lastly electricity is not included but in comparison to other places was a fair price of only $40 for the whole week. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing apartment!!!

To begin, the views from this apartment are absolutely amazing. All of the photographs are completely accurate, and the balcony / Terrace is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The apartment was extremely clean, all updated appliances stainless steel, a beautiful bedroom with humongous walk-in closet, two bathrooms, washer and dryer unit, and all of the amenities needed! The property itself was very quiet, the pool was great, it turns out that the hot tub / jacuzzi was being used more as a children's pool at the time. They also have vendors on different days that sell items in the pool area which was extremely cool and a bonus! The location is prime near downtown Punta Cana plenty of restaurants, and not far from great shopping! This place far exceeded our expectations. It was completely romantic for my spouse and I to spend our late Valentine's trip at the end of February. I enjoyed this far more than the resorts I have visited even though they have been all inclusive! The experience was absolutely amazing and for the price you cannot beat it! The host was extremely helpful, as we did notice the gas on the stove did not work the first evening. She maintained communication and ensured that it was fixed in a timely manner and even offered a partial reimbursement for the cost of the trip or a future discount! She was extremely accommodating and this was by far one of the best vacations we have ever had!

This apartment was beautiful. The owner was very responsive to anything I wasn’t sure about. This is the most quiet and beautiful place that I will visit and stay again. The balcony was everything for me, i wake up in the morning and have a quiet cup of coffee. I recommend this place to everyone that is looking for as safe, quiet and pleasant place to stay.

Wonderful

I loved the property so peaceful and calm, and the area I love the extra security❤️at the gate and the property the pools was amazing, the only con is it’s not a lot of food places in walking distance. Other than that the property is just like the pictures.
