Unfortunately I have to share very unpleasant experience with this host. We booked this place few month ahead of time and yet, when we arrived, the guard at the entry gate told us that we were not allowed to access the complex without a special code. I asked the host few times before our arrival if there is anything other than our ids to access the property. Not only he said that the code will be messaged to us by 2 pm tha day , but even after waiting by the gate for 25 minutes he was unable to send us a valid code! He sent us expired code! Our taxi driver was very patient waiting for us trying to solve this issue but eventually we decided to find another hotel because we were very tired after a long trip. We do not recommend this place because of the host and lack of professional approach to the guests. It was very bad experience.I only want to be fair and add that we never saw the inside of the property so have no comments about it.

I chose this downtown area because it's the center of Punta Cana. We have everything close by. If you stay at my place, you'll be able to walk everywhere, and you'll be just a few minutes away by Uber to the other places. Plus, you'll enjoy a beautiful view.
