Nearby there are parks for peaceful strolls or if you enjoy shopping, the Drake Circus shopping centre is 2 minutes walking distance. Plymouth's historic Barbican and Hoe is a 8 - 10 minutes walk with beautiful scenes and sites to explore.

Located in an extremely central location, around 2 minutes walking distance to the city centre (Drake Circus) and within close proximity to the Plymouth University, small shops, bars, local surgery, police station and the train station. Hence, most things are in walking distance but there is also convenient and efficient public transportation should you require it.

Fully furnished 3-bed apartment located in central city centre. Apartment includes private kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster oven and a comfortable dining and living area to relax.

Living room is equipped with a smart 43-inch flat screen TV. There is brilliant wifi connection throughout the property too.
