We are addressing the issues with the bathroom sink faucet and tile work, and we'll ensure that the unit receives the necessary TLC to enhance our guests' comfort. Regarding the bugs in the second bathroom, we will have our pest control team address this issue immediately. We apologize for the oversight with the TV remote batteries and the Roku device in the living room. We'll make sure these issues are resolved and that our maintenance team thoroughly checks all amenities before each guest's arrival. We also understand the importance of clear and timely communication with the property manager.
