Stunning 3BR/2.5BA townhome with modern decor. Home comes with 7 beds. 5 mins drive to LSU, right on the bus route, and walkable distance to local eats.



** NOTE ** Garage not available at this property, it's currently being utilized for storage. Cleaning and maintenance team may access garage intermittently, but access is limited solely to garage area, they will not enter main living spaces of the house at any time.

* Driveway for 2 vehicles.

* No trailers/RV/Boats

* Pets not allowed.



The Space:

- The master suite features a plush king-size bed and private bath.

- Bedroom 2 includes a full-size bed paired with a fun twin-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or groups.

- Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed and a bunk bed (top twin/bottom full), great for guests of all ages.

- 2nd bathroom upstairs with two sinks. Downstairs there is a half bath.

- Stylish living room w/ smart TV.

- Fully equipped kitchen w/ modern appliances + dining table

Modern, spacious, and convenient!

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, clean condo. It was in a great location and a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

This place is perfect for a family coming to Baton Rouge for a game weekend - or any other trip involving LSU. Extremely clean and spacious, and the location is super convenient to get to LSU. The neighborhood is safe, and I highly recommend it to families for game weekends.10/10

The place was amazing and had everything we needed. You can walk to LSU!!! The owner communicated well and provided all the necessary information. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Great place to stay

The place was very clean and presentable! My only complaint was that either the owner or maintenance would come by open the garage (right below where we slept) at 7 in the morning. I didn’t like someone in the garage that was connected to the house and prolly had keys and could come in while we were sleeping. No communication that work was to be done while we were there, or anyone coming to the house.
