Under new management in 2023, the tradition of friendly service continues at the Lakeside Villa in stunning Penticton, BC. Returning guests will find new upgrades and personal touches abound at our 16 unit all-suite motel.
Lakeside Villa is known for it’s clean and comfortable Vacation Suites with full kitchens which feature full sized appliances, air conditioning, TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. All our Suites enjoy a separate bedroom, while our Family Suites feature extra sleeping accommodations in the living area. We also have a selection of one or two Queen bed Studios equipped with a bar fridge, coffee maker and microwave.
Perfect for couples and families, Lakeside Villa is just 122 short steps (yes we counted them) through a pedestrian underpass to the sunny shores of Skaha Lake’s Barefoot Beach. Lakeside Villa guests also relish their time in “The Oasis” which is our greenspace name for our barbeque & picnic area.

A friendly welcome awaits you at the Lakeside Villa Inn & Suites, a family oriented accommodation in stunning Penticton, BC. Connected through a pedestrian underpass, we are located right across the road (122 steps-that's right we counted) from a private beach on Skaha Lake that all of our guests are welcome to enjoy during their stay. Here at Lakeside Villa we offer clean and comfortable vacation suites with full kitchens and private bedrooms. These rooms feature full sized appliances, cable TV, air conditioning and complimentary WiFi. All of our Suites enjoy a separate bedroom, while our Family Suites feature extra sleeping accommodations in the common area. We also have a select amount of one and two Queen bed Studios for those guests not requiring a kitchen. Our Studio rooms come equipped with a bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave, cable TV, air conditioning, and complimentary WiFi.When looking for our best rates please call or visit our Book Online Section.

We have a great location that is considered a hidden gem in Penticton with beach access and a beautiful outdoor guest area to relax and enjoy as you wind down your evening with firepit and BBQ's. This allows our guests to interact with each other creating a sense of community.
