For two couples, that means no one gets the "small room." For families, it means parents get a real retreat while the kids take the sleeper sofa and the retro arcade. Spend evenings in the private hot tub or around the fire pit under string lights — less than a mile from Beavers Bend Brewery, Girls Gone Wine, and axe throwing, with Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake minutes away.

When we took over the cabin, we renovated it top to bottom — everything you see today reflects our family's vision for the perfect Hochatown getaway.

• A sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates guests 5 and 6, with extra linens and pillows provided.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR OASIS:
• Spacious Patio: A true second living area with a fire table, smart TV, and ample seating.
• Private Hot Tub: Soak your cares away after a day of exploring.
• Grilling & Dining: A Weber Genesis gas grill and outdoor dining table are perfect for an al fresco feast.
• Fire Pit: Gather around the wood-burning fire pit in Adirondack chairs for stories and s’mores under the stars.
• Games & Relaxation: Enjoy a game of cornhole or horseshoes, or simply relax in the hammock.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire cabin, the spacious patio, and the surrounding property. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance with a smart lock for easy, keyless self-check-in. Free on-site parking is provided, featuring a large circular driveway with ample space for a boat or ATV trailer. We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee pods, and firewood for the fire pit.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their getaway. While we will not be present on the property during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.

Self Check-In: Access the cabin easily via a smart lock. Your unique, personalized access code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

Pet Policy: We happily welcome up to two medium-sized dogs for a non-refundable fee of $65 per stay. So we can have the cabin ready for your pup, please let us know in advance when booking — undisclosed pets are subject to an additional fee.

Security: For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras on the property monitoring the entrances and driveway. There are no cameras inside the cabin.
