This beautiful cozy space can accommodate up to four people. Large bed is and sofa bed are big enough for two people each. There is a large room, private entrance, full bathroom, and the following are free for use: desktop computer, Keurig machine with assortment coffee, teas, snacks, drinking water bottles and sodas. Located conveniently a minute away from Route 95 on exit 31 in Stratford, CT.

The Space:
It’s a beautiful cozy space in lower level of a house. Large room with bed, sofa bed, table and chairs, work desk with desktop computer, and full bathroom with stand-in shower. Private entrance through backyard.

Since there is private entrance, interaction with me is not necessary. If you need any kind of help or assistance just send me a text.

The stay was truly them most comfortable, easy, enjoyable and relaxing stay. Mansoon, the owner, let me know in advance about not being able to swim - I mean it’s like 20-40 degreees depending. He was so helpful and informative check in. It was clean, sticks and here always acquire to help or provide something I may need. I am going through a have time and staying here was truly a God send. I can not say enough positive things about this rental as well as Mansoon and his polite, respectful, well behaved children whom shovel my path for me when it snowed.

The owner and his family seem like wonderful people. He is very responsive and cares that you have a good experience. The place was clean and the bed comfortable. The room is spacious but the ceiling is very low in spots. The bathroom is good sized but the shower odd shaped and small. All the extras were wonderful such as bottled waters and keurig machine and very large smart TV. It wasnt noted in the description that there are steep steps to enter the apartment. The listing says no elevator because single level. But there are 7 very steep steps immediately when you open the door. It is difficult to maneuver with luggage or hands full. The only other note is that you dont have control of the heat and air. Although the owner was extremely responsive and was able to adjust the heat and air as you need, you cant control it yourself. Having dedicated Parking is great in the driveway but the narrow street can be difficult to back out of when lots of cars parked on both sides of the street.

Host was great and stay was nice. Only thing I would say is we were looking forward to the pool because it was listed as a spa pool online, so we thought it would be warm but it was cold and not too clean. Other than that, communication and everything else was great. Arcade was a nice add. Would recommend!

Very clean and really enjoyed all the signs with cute sayings on them. Enjoyed the video/arcade game in the house. Also good idea to have a computer in the room.

Clean and convenient. Everything is exactly as pictured, and we appreciate the host allowing us to park in the driveway before check-in. FWIW the walk, just over a mile from Shakespear park, is not bad. Honeyspot Rd. looks a little rough, but it's just a light industrial neighborhood in transition (ex. abandoned diner) the neighborhood where this home is quiet and pretty well maintained.

Loved all the different things on the walls, the only negative thing i have to say is that the driveway was very narrow and hard to park my truck in with others parked on the street.

July 17-July 20th 2025The property was wonderful. The room was as described, clean, stocked and welcoming. The host communication was amazing and accommodating when I was late arriving also concerned which was so sweet! Everything was picture perfect, comfortable, quiet and secure. I slept amazingly well to have been away from your familiarity. I would stay again and again if the opportunity presents itself! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful space with me!!

The pool looked nothing like in the photo they posted. The grass was growing everywhere and we saw some dog poop on the ground in front of our door. Inside the place is clean and well-maintained. Overall I don’t have any bad experience with the inside.

The owner walked down while we were unpacking to get laundry! We could not secure the door from our side. We left.

10 mins from beach!

Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. Nice basement APT with good AC, comfy bed, arcade game, keurig, and the mini fridge had some water bottles which we def needed after the beach. Monsoor also went above and beyond to help us when we left something behind at the property. We definitely will book this spot again when we come back to the area!!!

Nice, large space.

Mansoor's basement apartment is very large and spacious, comfortable and well-kept up. Very clean with all sorts of amenities.He was very clear with instructions on how to enter and was responsive to questions (though we just had one). We were very happy there and plan to stay there again in just a few weeks.

Great Boston/ New York Adventure

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect man cave for a mom and two teenage boys! It was very clean and the host was amazing! He was very very helpful with questions we had and things that we needed in the area. I would definitely stay with him again.
