Nestled in Down East Carteret County, North Carolina, It's great for fishing, Hunting, Nature, Birding and many more things. Location close to a number of NC Wildlife boat ramps, NCDOT Cedar Island ferry to Ocracoke Island. Close to Cedar Island beach and the Cape Lookout National Seashore Park. Close to approximately four NC Wildlife boat ramps. Space for boat parking on property. Want to know what RV camping is like ....this gives you an opportunity to do so...RV IS STATIONARY ONLY! Nice quiet property. Small dogs are welcomed, larger dogs may stay in a crate in a separate building.

I love where I live. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to purchase the property next to mine. After a few years, life just started to happen, ideas and my love for Down East Carteret County. Hoping for retirement in a few years, thus hoping that this venture will help me finacially so that I can retire. I am a past restaurant owner...and maybe sometimes I might offer to cook for you!

Coastal NC never is the same day or night....driving here you will seen all kinds of shore birds plus ...I have approximately 12 bird feeders on my property which the variety of my birds can be staggering at times via the season. Deer, Bear, Otters, Rabbits, Foxes and Coyotes (all which remain in the natural woods around us) may be seen while driving around. The sunsets, sun rises and Full Moons are magical....We can make this property dark for Star gazing...and if you are lucky, sometimes you can look straight up and marvel at the Milky Way....
