Located within a friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. It's nearby the highway for easy access on and off. The Texas Medical Center, Museum District, and NRG Stadium are within 5 minutes. Downtown is under 10 minutes. Many retail and grocery shops, entertainment, restaurants, and nightlife are nearby as well. Galleria Mall is 15 minutes away. The beautiful Herman Park and McGovern Centennial Gardens are 5 minutes from the home which has many running trails, peaceful areas, and a golf course. The Houston Zoo is also 5 minutes! You won't regret staying here!


There are a total of 3 floors. The first floor includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, and another bedroom which has a comfortable sofa bed. Both rooms have a closet, desk workstation and TV. There is shared bathroom in the hallway between both bedrooms.

The second floor includes the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The kitchen comes with many things needed for a comfortable stay. A large comfortable sofa and loveseat in the living room with large TV to enjoy when relaxing and discharging. There is also a piano to enjoy, please be courteous.

The third floor includes the master suite and large bathroom with bath tub and standup shower with two heads. The master closet has plenty of storage space. There is also a separate office room that has a view of the living room.

If guests will be driving cars and parking, there is onsite parking and a garage. There is a fitness gym inside the garage, please be careful.


The home is secured with outdoor cameras for your safety. They are facing towards the gated entrance, driveway and backyard areas.


The home is suitable for families and children under age 12. Please be aware there are many stairs and flights and you must be responsible for your children and infants as there are no stair gates.


Please no smoking or vaping of any type within the home, or balcony/patio/backyard areas. Smoke tends to find it’s way inside the home rather easily. Please smoke outdoors in side street area. Smell of smoke will result in penalty fee.


If you have any pets with you during your stay, please let them relieve themselves outside along the side street in the grass. Please do not use the balcony artificial grass or the backyard patio. Smell of pet urine or pet feces leftover in either the balcony or backyard patio will result in penalty fee.
