- Pool Heat Fee Option: Additional $25 p/day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks MAY incur an additional cleaning fee.
