It was located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the freeway and many stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. The host could not have been more helpful when notified of small issues. Our coffee pot had died and we couldn't get the fireplace to work. He remedied both in a quick manner. The bed/bath rooms were great as we were 4 adults.

Great place to stay while visiting our son in the Navy. The welcome message was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. Convenient to stores and shops.

Great Location

Family had a great stay. Cory is an excellent communicator. Easy access to downtown. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Toys available for the kids. Would stay again.

Clean and filled our needs

This property was clean and had everything we needed, along with some thoughtful extra touches that we appreciated. A few appliances could use some updating, but it was very adequate. Especially considering the great price.

Very clean and well maintained. Only preference I would have had is more than 1 tv in the place oh and some AC. A window fan was doable but can’t imagine the place in the middle of summer. But overall nice quite location.

Visited family locally for Christmas. Pros: we enjoyed the location, fireplace and comfortable beds. Toys for the littles was nice. Cons: lots of deferred maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. Back deck blinds missing (limited privacy) and multiple blinds throughout the property were damaged/missing. Clean towels had hair on them and floors were dirty. No bath soap or body wash. Limited toilet paper. Dryer took several cycles to dry. Dishes in cupboards were dirty and non stick surfaces scratched off all pots and pans so couldn’t use them. Master closet is blocked off, so limited space to hang your clothes (small rack available, almost full with just our winter jackets). Overall, would not stay again unless there were some major improvements.

Clean comfortable unit

Unit was very clean. Kitchen had basics only; no serving dishes or storage containers. Limited pots/pans. Ok for basic meal prep. Nice little deck off dining room. We didn’t use it due to the weather but would be nice if it wasn’t raining.Beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows which we loved. Great water pressure in the showers. Neighborhood was noisy at night but convenient to Highway 16, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Great but needs a few things

A second skillet would have made cooking easier. The clothes dryer was not doing its job and we had to run it several times for each load. We arrived late at night and was welcomed with a waiting bottle of wine.. that was nice but some condiments like sugar and creamer for coffee would have been great too. Dishwasher might be having a problem as it quit after you started it, then if you hit start again and it ran. Some other small stuff but would rent again for sure. Nice rooms. Nice baths. Nice neighborhood.
