You will be required to sign a rental agreement after your reserve with us.
We will require a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $600.00 upon your arrival to the property, or via bank transfer after you have reserved.. We will collect these funds outside of the vrbo portal so that you won't be taxed. From the security deposit, we will deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $80.00 & any electrical usage surpassing 10 kwh per day. The remaining funds will be refunded to you at the time of your departure. If there any damages to the property or its contents , we will deduct the costs from the security deposit..
