Its architecture, and local materials such as wood and chucúm, make this a unique place. The kitchen invites you to cook any meal, while the windows provide enough breeze. You could enjoy the sun or practice morning yoga in the fresh air on the terrace.

I am Laila Hick, I was born and raised in Bacalar and have lived the last 20 years in Cancun and around. I work in tourism as an experience building, I have developed tourism activity projects all my life by sharing the most authentic things in each place with travelers from all over the world.

I am happy to be able to share my personal spaces that have treasured many memories and dreams and make your stay in Bacalar a wonderful experience.

This land used to be from my parents when they moved to Bacalar 40 years ago. This was supposed to be my house as a baby, but that never happened. Now I decided to build on that land to bring and share my memories with the visitors and finally finish the project of my parents.

I have chosen authentic materials and wood from the regions, to merge guests in the traditions of Mayan culture. For me, it was also important to provide a comfortable and well-equipped place. You can find in the house luxury touches, smart lights, and architectural design. The place was designed thinking about the quests so I hope you enjoy my property.
