There is a third bedroom on this level with two bunkbeds and an adjacent full bathroom. The large loft area has another sleeper sofa and large TV for gaming or watching movies when you need to get away from the group. The laundry room with washer and dryer are here for your use after a day on the slopes or hiking the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail.

There is a free shuttle service to and from Seven Springs Mountain Resort or you can walk out the front door to the beginner rated ski slope within sight. This home is directly adjacent to the community pool, hot tub, and pickleball and basketball courts for use in the summer. Falling Water and Ohiopyle are a 30 minute drive or you can hike the trails on the resort or in nearby Laurel Hill State Park.
