Vic at Spring Hill Estate

Located in the charming town of Kinderhook, New York is Vic Spring Hill, a beautifully transformed Georgian Colonial estate with six bedrooms on 20 acres of bucolic countryside, complete with an in-ground pool, fresh spring pond, tennis court, and separate one-bedroom cottage. Classic-appointed interiors combined with historic charm yield a timeless experience for those craving an idyllic upstate getaway. Perfect for large groups or families, this tranquil pet-friendly home features bright, airy rooms with three living spaces, an open kitchen, dining room, six bedrooms, and five bathrooms. (Note that the home sleeps 14 in the warm season and 12 in the cold season.) Spend an afternoon reading next to one of many fireplaces, fishing at the pond, or floating in the pool when the weather calls for it. The grounds are primed for nature walks and lawn games but adventurers may choose to travel farther afield to explore the many local markets, galleries, restaurants and cultural activities that are spread across the Hudson Valley.

The first floor has three living areas: A den, a large living room, and a media room that is open to the kitchen. The entire house is white and bright with beautiful touches throughout but the dining room is a gem-colored show stopper. There is also one bedroom and one full bathroom on the first floor.

The second floor is accessed by two different sets of stairs, each leading to a wing of the house. The first wing has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom. The second wing has two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

The Hudson Valley farmhouse is located on 20 gorgeous country acres with a pond, tennis court, pool, original barn and is secluded by forest all around.

There is a separate one bedroom cottage complete with a bathroom and micro-kitchen (upon request) steps from the main house.

Guests have access to all parts of the property except for the red barn as that is storage for the owners.

For the summer we are asking for 6-night minimum bookings.

In the winter we can accommodate 12 guests and 14 in the summer as the cottage is not winterized and closed in the winter.
