The space
The house is 3 stories which includes 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and a pull-out couch.
1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 4 Full beds, 1 full couch pop out. We have a basement with TV and a large couch. A pool table and fire pit for fun and plenty of games. We also have 2 air mattresses (not included in the person count)
Guest access
Guests have access to all spaces except the garage, which is locked, and the attic. You can park in the driveway which can hold 5-6 cars.
Other things to note
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor spaces. We do allow for gatherings or small events, but permission MUST be asked in advance. No additional guests after 10pm. If loud noise is reported by neighbors during quiet time hours, an additional fee may be applied.
