This stylish 3-bedroom house has everything you need for your Columbus trip. Each beautifully decorated room offers room-specific, climate-controlled heating and air, comfy beds, and high-speed WiFi.

Whip up meals in the fully furnished kitchen, or enjoy the gas grill on the large deck. This house also offers corn-hole boards, a K-Cup maker with K-Cups, and off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles.

If you're in Columbus for work or play, this humble abode is nearby it all—just 5 minutes to OSU campus or downtown!

Guest Access: Our guests will have access to the entire home, including the backyard. We offer self check-in for maximum independence and privacy. Security cameras are placed at the front door and on the deck for your safety.

Neighborhood Overview: Welcome to Linden, a historic Columbus neighborhood experiencing an exciting transformation. This area is a mix of old and new, with some homes undergoing renovations that reflect the neighborhood's ongoing revitalization.

What to Expect: The street is peaceful, with fewer than 10 houses, ensuring minimal traffic and a quiet stay. Some of the houses are boarded up, reflecting the area’s ongoing revitalization. However, this house stands out as the nicest one on the street, offering a modern and comfortable retreat. You might hear some construction noise during business hours as the neighborhood continues to improve, but this is a testament to the growth and development happening around you. Our friendly neighbors, many of whom have lived here for years, add to the welcoming atmosphere.

While the neighborhood may not be for everyone, we believe in its potential and the safety it offers. We've equipped the property with security cameras at the front door and on the deck for your peace of mind. Our goal is to ensure you have a pleasant and secure stay.

I stayed here with my daughter and her friend while in town for the Horse Congress. We did not spend much time at the house due to long show days but it was perfect. It was lose to the Expo Center, clean, plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The individual heating/cooling units in each room was great for a mom that likes it cool and kids who like it warm. We each got to sleep in our optimal temperature.

Nice place close to OSU.

The house provided a comfortable place to stay within a short drive from OSU. The interior and exterior of the house are very nice. The beds are comfortable.

Home away from home

Such a nice little house to stay in. Extremely clean and easy to get to. Comfortable and almost like being at home. While the neighborhood is under renovations and parts look a little sketchy, it was quite and safe for our stay. Wull definitely stay again.

Property was great!

We stayed here during my daughter’s cheer competition for a weekend and it was just enough room for 4 ppl! Home was as listed and had everything you needed for a short stay. Like everyone has stated, the home was in an older/rougher neighborhood but it did not bother us a bit! Would definitely stay again!Thanks Lee

I will start with the house being very nice and clean. Communication with Lee was perfect. Unfortunately this house is surrounded by quite a few boarded up houses , and is located on a dead end street. We never saw one person outside in the neighborhood . The OSU campus is 12-15 minutes by car . This is not an area i would feel safe walking around. The house is located in Linden ,oh . Which after talking to people that live in Columbus , they considered that a not so good area. If i had known where this house was located i would have never stayed there. Live and learn i guess.

Relaxing place to stay

We were attending our daughter’s graduation. We stayed two nights. We found the home very clean (my top request). The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee! It was a great place to relax after all the hectic activities connected with graduation. The neighborhood is quiet, and going through revitalization. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Home

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to leave the area earlier than our scheduled reservation. This is a gorgeous home. You would hope that this home is the beginning of revitalizing the neighborhood.

The listing is correct about the location. It is a VERY sketchy neighborhood. Overall the house was decently clean, however, when i walked in the house there was a horrible smell to finally realize that the garbage had not been taken out. When I messaged the owner asking what I should do with the garbage and if there were xtra bags the response was I'm sorry that was overlooked and nothing about xtra bags. The upstairs shower is VERY SMALL. The beds were not that comfortable.

Great location for OSU

The house was great and the Host Lee goes far and beyond to give you local attractions, places to eat nightlife and anything else you need to know he doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you have, the neighborhood seems sketchy but it’s not at all we felt safe the whole time we would highly recommend this house we’ll surly be back for our next Ohio State game Thanks Lee!

Go Bucks!

Had a great weekend of football! The property is great! Close proximity to the campus, groceries, restaurants, etc. Had an issue getting the code but Lee (property manger) was awesome and quick to respond. Property was clean other than a soaked bathroom rug upstairs. It is in a run down neighborhood but people were friendly and no one bothered us. Area was very quiet. We had a blast!

It is a cool design. Boarded up house across the street was a little scary. Met neighbors first night they were very nice but neighborhood is run down. Mold on shower curtain, dead spiders in folds of curtain. Not many towels, no extra blankets, heater in main bedroom didnt work when we turned on the area heaters supplied it blew the breaker. Was very close and convenient to ohio state fairgrounds which was a huge plus. We would stay again if there had been more towels as they were r
