Welcome to the heart of Halliday House, a humble multi-dwelling estate where nature loving souls meet a high design residence. This listing combines our primary residence, The Sunshine Suite, with the secluded Garden Room, offering a "lived-in" elegance for groups seeking both communal connection and private repose. Close to Sedona and on an historic road boasting several vineyards that offer wine tastings, live music and creekside dining.

The property invites connection—or solitude, as you wish. Three suites share enchanting outdoor spaces: pea gravel pathways, tucked-away seating nooks, dining areas beneath the pines, and stargazing perches across 1.3 acres. A communal laundry is available upon request. We encourage you to wander, linger, and let the land set your pace. Feel free to greet fellow guests or steal quiet moments alone—we're here to read your cues. Whether you crave conversation or peaceful seclusion, we honor your rhythm. This is a place where stories intertwine, and connections blossom naturally.

In October 2009, Page Springs Road became the first designated Historical and Scenic Road in Yavapai County. While time has marched on, the essential character of the road—and the tight-knit community that calls it home—remains beautifully unchanged.

The area's history runs deep, stretching back to the 1870s when pioneers were drawn to the banks of Oak Creek by its remarkable natural artesian springs. Named for early settler James Page, this fertile pocket of the Verde Valley originally supplied fresh produce to the historic miners in Jerome. Today, Page Springs is a peaceful, lush oasis where towering green trees canopy the landscape, offering a vibrant contrast to the high desert. Despite its quiet, countryside feel, it sits just 15 minutes south of Sedona and 30 minutes east of Jerome, providing an easy escape from the bustling red rock tourism.

The road itself is narrow and winding, curving through the hillsides like a snake through the grass. Because it lacks shoulders, it isn't safely walkable, but everything you need is just a quick trip away. You can easily drive just a mile up the street to find public access to the cool, tranquil waters of Oak Creek at the Bubbling Ponds Nature Sanctuary or the Page Springs Fish Hatchery.

Even closer, the neighborhood’s famous creekside wineries and craft breweries sit just up the road, tucked into the leafy greenery. It is a vibrant corridor bursting with local flavor and unique treasures. On any given weekend, you might even see Gary putting his sign out for his Rock Shop. A one mile drive down a primitive road is awe inspiring and worth it if you have the car for it. If you stop in, tell him Drew sent you—and see if you can catch a smile.

Our vision is to create a peaceful oasis where you can stroll along quiet pathways, taking in the vibrant plant life and the local wildlife that frequently visits. We are constantly growing and working diligently to expand our usable grounds. For your safety and to allow us to cultivate new spaces, we kindly ask that you respect our natural borders and fences. You are more than welcome to view these developing areas from a distance, with the expectant excitement of knowing there is more to come! In the meantime, you'll find several beautiful spots perfectly situated for birdwatching or stargazing. When exploring after dark, please be sure to stay on the lighted paths.

Occasionally, you may see other guests, family, or friends residing on the property. While your absolute privacy will always be respected, you might notice a little normal day-to-day activity from time to time.

FOR OUR FOUR-LEGGED GUESTS:
The yard is a wonderful place for pets to enjoy, but please keep in mind that the front portion of the property is not completely fenced. We highly recommend keeping dogs leashed or closely attended. Additionally, this is a true nature corridor—it's not uncommon for a deer, coyote, javelina, bobcat, skunk, or even a stray cow to wander through. To keep your pup safe from these unexpected wild neighbors, please keep a very close eye on them during their outdoor time.

PARKING:
Guest parking is located right on the main driveway as you enter the property. For your convenience, all parking spaces and "no parking" zones are clearly labeled.

When the main house—The Sunshine Suite—is paired with the exquisite Garden Room, the estate transforms into The Entire Residence. Spanning an impressive 1,962 square feet of masterfully designed living space with a total capacity of eight guests, this grand configuration is the ultimate setup for multi-generational families, group retreats, or anyone seeking a seamless blend of together-time and absolute privacy.

Please Note: The Garden Room has no internal connection or access doors to the main house. To access this private sanctuary, guests simply step outside onto the back patio to use its own dedicated, exterior private entrance—ensuring total peace and autonomy for whoever stays there.

The estate features three incredibly spacious bedrooms, each functioning as a private haven equipped with Smart TVs and premium room-darkening shades for an undisturbed night's sleep:
Bedroom 1 (The Sunshine Suite / Main House): A serene retreat featuring a plush King bed (Sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2 (The Sunshine Suite / Main House Suite): An expansive, grand suite featuring two King beds, a dedicated lounge seating area, and its own private en-suite bathroom (Sleeps 4).
Bedroom 3 (The Garden Room): A luxurious, self-contained escape featuring a King bed, its own private entrance off the back patio, a dedicated kitchenette, and a private en-suite bathroom (Sleeps 2).

The heart of Halliday House is built for deep connection. Unwind in the massive living room of The Sunshine Suite, anchored by two deep, inviting couches and several oversized lounging chairs perfect for long conversations or lazy afternoons.

For gourmet creations, the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting full-sized appliances, a spacious pantry, an electric range, a classic farmhouse sink, and striking, warm all-wood countertops. Fully stocked to entertain with service for eight, you can share your meals at the elegant indoor dining table that comfortably seats eight, or step outside to your private grill and outdoor seating area for an alfresco dinner under a canopy of stars.

The entire property is nourished by a premium SpringWell triple-filtered well water system, providing remarkably pure water for showering, cooking, and everyday use. For your convenience, the main house features an indoor water cooler with instant hot and cold options.

If you keep driving to the very end of the road (about 6 miles), you’ll hit Brewha, a phenomenal social eatery boasting an incredible vibe and unforgettable cocktails.

The Halliday House property unfolds across 1.3 acres, where three distinct units—Sunshine House, Garden Room, and Dragonfly Cottage—are connected by pea gravel pathways winding through lush gardens and pine groves. Together they offer five king beds, each thoughtfully appointed with plush 100% cotton bedding, private bathrooms with tubs, individual AC mini-splits, filtered water, and high-speed WiFi. Lovingly refreshed over time, the property reflects a family's creative journey—an ever-evolving collection of stories, artistic touches, and locally scavenged materials. Great host and well thought out property

We had a great stay and recommend this property to others. The host, Drew, communicated very well and we could tell a lot of thought went into setting up the property for guests. Perhaps one of the best features are the minimal checkout rules. The location to the local wineries is also a big plus.

What a wonderful home this was for our extended family to stay. It had such happy energy and so comfortable. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how this choice turned out. The home had everything we needed and it was such a unique and inviting place to be. It was lovely to sit outside and read or play card games on the big dining table after dinner. We will were an easy drive into Sedona and didn’t have to put up with the noise and traffic you have when staying in Sedona. I will never stay in Sedona again. Cornville/page Springs for me! Our family have such great memories to keep with us. Thank you for making this lovely place available!
