Summary:
Enjoy modern amenities and staying within minutes of downtown in this large and spacious 3-bedroom condo, tucked away in Evergreen-covered hills in Spokane. We offer cozy queen beds, a pullout queen sofa bed, well-stocked kitchen, Roku TV, WiFi and plenty of common area seating in NW Inspired Condo! Outdoor pool is CLOSED for summer 2022. This is a seasonal pool, and may close without notice. This upstairs unit offers a serene space and natural views, but you'll be just minutes from local pubs, restaurants, grocery shopping, fast food, and more! Each bedroom in this unit offers a cozy queen bed, extra blankets and pillows, luggage rack, night stand, lamp, alarm clock and closet for storage or hanging clothes. Two of the bedrooms (pictured with stained glass doors) offer private access to the balcony with outdoor seating. The third bedroom is adjacent to the private bathroom with shower, jetted tub, loo and sink for you to freshen up. The kitchen offers large stainless refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, cooking pots, pans and utensils, serving dishes, table dishes and silverware, wine and whiskey glasses, drinking glasses, knives and baking pans with potholders. The space was built for working or relaxing, enjoying conversation and TV or seasonal gas fireplace. The bar, with 3 stools, includes nearby power outlet for a laptop computer, tablet or phone. Adjacent to the bar is a seating area with spotlight for reading or enjoying coffee or an evening cocktail. This space is seamless to the living room with a pullout queen sleeper sofa, television, and seasonal gas fireplace. The kitchen and living room intersect at the dining room, which offers seating for 6, and overlooks the natural Evergreen trees that surround this property. There is also a balcony with outdoor seating and overlooks the outdoor pool. The Space:
POOL is currently closed 2024.

Each bedroom in this unit offers a brand new queen bed, extra blanket, luggage rack, night stand, lamp, alarm clock and closet for storage or hanging clothes. Two of the bedrooms (pictured with stained glass doors) offer private access to the balcony with outdoor seating for 4. The third bedroom is adjacent to the private bathroom with shower, jetted tub, loo and sink for you to freshen up, morning or night.

The kitchen offers large stainless refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, cooking pots, pans and utensils, serving dishes, table dishes and silverware, wine and whiskey glasses, drinking glasses, knives and baking pans with potholders.

We do have a recording device on the outside of the condo for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas. Our after hours team does not have access to the Ring camera system, so please do not ring the doorbell for immediate help. Call or text our 24/7 phone line if you have issues.

We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.

Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Guest Access:
You'll access this unit by parking in the designated covered parking area, or in uncovered parking, and finding the entrance on the left side of the pool-- follow the fence. Once you enter that door, your entrance is straight through the mail room. Shared laundry room available on site (coin operated), downstairs to the right of the main entry. Laundry hours are 7am-10pm, we are not responsible for laundry left unattended.

The Neighborhood:
Northwest Inspired Condo is within close vicinity of Whitworth University and Five Mile neighborhood, in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Roads are all paved and well-maintained during winter months. You'll enjoy being in close proximity to grocery, mall shopping, breweries, gastropubs, restaurants, coffee, wine, and so much more! Also available are LimeBike, LimeScooter, Spokane public buses (by STA, Spokane Transit Authority), Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs. You have a full private bathroom in your unit. Laundry is coined operated and located below the unit in the same building.

Getting Around:
This unit offers on site parking, if you drive here. Also available are LimeBike, LimeScooter, Spokane public buses (by STA, Spokane Transit Authority), Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs.

Driving distance:
3 minutes to Rosauer's grocery.
3 minutes to local restaurants, pub and coffee.
10 minutes to downtown Spokane.

Other Things to Note:
Laundry is coined operated and located below the unit in the same building. Sorry, we do not provide laundry supplies.
Pool is OPEN for summer 2024, so far. This is a seasonal pool and may open/close for any reason and at anytime. The HOA controls the opening schedule of the pool, as well as maintenance, so we cannot guarantee that the pool will be open during your stay.
Absolutely NO jumping from balcony into the pool.
No smoking or vaping on the premises, or on the balcony. Guests are kindly asked to walk up to the street to smoke.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.

After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.

Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours.
For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.

If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
