Whether you're lounging poolside, hosting a family BBQ on the back deck, or gathering around the firepit table with a 42-inch TV for evening entertainment, the backyard is your ultimate summer retreat.

Inside, the good times keep rolling with an open, light-filled layout. The living room is a great space for family hangouts, plus there’s a dedicated workspace for those needing a little work time between pool sessions. The kitchen is ready for everything from casual snacks to big meals, with Whirlpool appliances, a Samsung fridge, and a Fisher & Paykel double drawer dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.

Sleeping arrangements are spacious and comfortable with 1 king bedroom, 2 queen rooms, and a twin room (2 twin beds)—plus, 1 double pull-out couch downstairs for extra sleeping space. The master bath features a clawfoot tub and a shower with views of the backyard, while the main bath and beach-themed downstairs bathroom keep the vacation vibes going.

The house was super welcoming and comfortable! Everything felt super clean and we all enjoyed the pool and how deep it was and the fun things included in the pool such as the toys and floaties. It was a good experience and we all loved it!

The Cream Penny was a wonderful place to stay for my family and I. Lots of personal touches like products in the bathroom, pool toys and the place was spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was wonderful for relaxing and playing. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we enjoyed cooking a few nights. Maria was a great host and very communicative. Really can’t say enough great things about the place.

We enjoyed the poolside getaway so much this weekend! Plenty of room for our party of 10. 3 bathrooms for a house full of girls was super convenient. The pool and patio were amazing and relaxing. Maria was great to work with, responded quickly, and checked in often.

We came to Spokane for EWU graduation and were happy to stay here for a few nights and enjoy the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and the atmosphere was relaxed, with an at home feel. We found we had all we needed to prepare for and celebrate our family event. I particularly loved the unique and nostalgic parts of the decor. It was also great to be so close to grocery and food options. We would stay here again.

Perfect

The location and house was beautiful and clean and centrally located for access to stores and was perfect for what we were in town for, which was to attend our daughter in law’s graduation from Washington State. I highly recommend this location and house if you happen to need a place to relax and enjoy Spokane. Our host, Maria was very gracious and accommodating.

I’m also a small business owner here in Spokane, and I’ve called the Northwest home for over 20 years. My family and I are proud to live in such a beautiful area, and we treasure the time spent with family and friends, enjoying each other's company and sharing plenty of laughs along the way.

The property is tucked away at the end of a quiet block with minimal traffic, offering a peaceful setting. Our street is home to many families, so you'll quickly feel a sense of community and comfort.

Just southeast of the property, you’ll find some local trails to explore, and a bit further up the hill is a trailhead that’s perfect for a peaceful walk or hike. While our neighborhood is calm and quiet, you may still hear the occasional train passing through the city, adding a bit of charm to the backdrop.

There aren't many streetlights in the area, so nights tend to be quite dark—perfect for enjoying the quiet. This property offers a lovely balance of community and serenity, especially during the summer months.
