Our flight was canceled so we had to stay an extra day. I reached out to the host and she was so nice and understanding. So happy not to be kicked out during an ice storm. The amenities were very nice. We stayed at the same place last year and liked it enough to book it again.

Visit with family

The house and location were perfect. We have 4 adult grandsons who live nearby. It was great for them all to come over and play games and eat. We stayed in hotels when we visited before and having a house was so much better.

Nice cozy house

Enjoyed the house and backyard. Kitchen fire extinguisher is completely discharged. Luckily, we didn't need it.

At first glance this property seemed acceptable. The host seemed to be responsive, the area was nice and convenient and the house had what we needed. When we arrived it was late in the evening and our door code did not work, so I reached out and the host responded quickly and we got into the house. After getting settled in it was easy to tell this house has not been cleaned very well, there were dust and cob webs on everything that was not a used surface (night stands, counters, and such) Then I pulled back the bedding to lay down after driving 12 hours to find that the bedding had not been cleaned, there were hairs and dried substances on the blankets, sheets and mattress cover as well as the pillow cases. I looked for extra bedding to just swap out to find there was none at all, so I stripped the bed and washed all the bedding before I was able to try and get some rest at this point. I took pictures and reached out to the host to inform them of the situation so they could have a chat with their cleaners to which I never received a response. only time I heard from the host after getting into the house was when I received an automated check out reminder with a request for a 5* review. Needless to say I do not recommend staying at this property and will not be giving a 5* review.

Fishing trip.

We had a fishing tournament on Percy priest. Stayed at this property with friends of ours. Work perfect for what we needed. Room to park two rigs and charge batteries. House was clean and orderly. Didn't have a chance to use all the amenities. Looks like a decent neighborhood. Check in was fast and easy.

Not the best experience

When we first arrived our key pad code didn’t work.. Only one television worked, which was upstairs, the downstairs tv only stayed on the check out instructions. Packages were being delivered of supplies, and quite frankly I sensed our host was a little put off, with all the questions about how to get stuff to work,I thought the property was overpriced for what was offered.

So I debated for a long time before writing this review. It was a tough one for me to be fair with. I *WANT* to give this property a good score..Overall this property is 100% "as advertised".. 3Bed, 2.5 bath 2 story with a full kitchen in a nice (albeit a little noisy for me) neighborhood. There were a couple little problems that during my check in walk around. I messaged the host to make them aware and she responded VERY quickly. Top marks! This place is quite literally 5 minutes from just about everything you could want. Publix, gas, restaurants, and MAYBE seven minutes to the eway.However, when you walk up, the front door and garage door look like there was a raid here recently. Creases in a steel door? Wow. Garage door that could easily be fixed (but not?) Those are easy things. But the beds? I have to 100% echo the other reviews. I've sleep in, on, and around armored vehicles when i was in the military and I will say emphatically that these beds are the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on in my life. The windows in the front (main) bedroom have beautiful arches, but no blinds on the arch and a street light right outside to make sure you don't trip on anything in the dark.. because it will never GET dark.All things considered, I'd give this property a 7 today. Fix the easy things and this has potential to be a SOLID 10 with just a little love and effort.
