Spacious 1/2-acre retreat in North Highlands-perfect for family reunions, small weddings, groups trips, and gatherings. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath entertainer's home offers walk-in showers, central heating and air, fast Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, and an open layout great for relaxing and gathering.

Step outside to a backyard featuring outdoor dining space,BBQ grills, Pool table and an above-ground pools--ideal for hosting get-togethers and medium-size celebrations. With complimentary weekly maintenance.

The property also includes RV parking and free onsite parking. Security camera locate at front parking -backyard area it doesn’t record inside activity.

Staycation, all we ever wanted

We had a great time. Love the pool! Lots of room to stretch out. The house was clean, and the amenities were on point. Lots of super helpful signs all over. Finishes could use a little freshening up, but like I said it was clean and nice.

Excellent rental. Had all amenities.

The hosts were excellent to deal with. Prompt and courteous with all communication. Property fit our needs nicely for an 11 night stay. We recommend.

Great place

4 of us stayed here and had plenty of space. Great backyard patio area in a large yard. Wuiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Friendly host and attentive via text.

Surprisingly quiet!

Very nice house near Watt avenue, but surprisingly peaceful and quiet being that it's close to a busy area. The back yard is fabulous and great for grilling and relaxing outside. Will definitely be back next time we're in Sacramento.

Birthday gathering

The host is an excellent communicator, which made the stay very pleasant. The property was well setup and was exactly as represented. There were 6 adults and one ten year old in the group.

Amazing Family Vacation

Excellent!! Beautiful house! Organized, clean. Every small detail posted for review. I wish that we lived closer. We would definitely come back to this lovely home. The patio & Pool Area are very therapeutic. A very quiet neighborhood.

Nice Spacious Home in Sacramento

Had an enjoyable stay as a first-time VRBO renter. There seemed to by way more house “rules” than I would have expected (all kinds of notes posted in every room). But the house was spacious and clean. There is a very large backyard area with an unheated pool…all of which are nice.

My stay

House was beautiful as listed.Check in was smooth. However there was a bit of miscommunication on extra fees. We wished was made more clear in the beginning. Otherwise my stay was well!

Senior softball retreat

Place was easy to find, parking was excellent. Rooms were clean. Four bedrooms, but only two bathrooms. Keurig coffee was very nice, with lots of coffee pods. Shower connected to the main bedroom was small but lots of water - felt great, but a bar of soap would have been a lot better than liquid soap. TV was streaming only. I had to sign into my personal Peacock account to watch the Olympics. The thermostat didn't seem to want to stay at a cool temperature. Not sure what was going on there. Pool felt really good and the patio was awesome. I'd stay here again.

Great location!

Cons: Floors and closets were not very clean. Large Extra fees for bringing more people. Backyard is an okay size, but the grass is dead. No bathtubs Pros: Good neighbor good, I talked to most the neighbors they were very nice 👍 Good area Pool was clean when we arrived Seemed safer than other parts of town. Rooms and beds were all clean. Never saw any bugs inside. Front lawn was very nice Drive way could probably fit 3-4 small cars or 3 normal cars or 2 trucks Biggest con would be the extra guest fees. I recommend removing this and just charging a higher cleaning fee if the guests do not leave the house how they found it/clean up after themselves. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Im sorry you have many cons. The photo on the listing is very clear and my house rules are very clear. I don’t know any hotels or short-term rental on this market that will not charge extra fee for extra people coming into the home to stay and use the beds -linens -toilet papers and such even towels all those cost money to maintain and refill and out $20 per person is not unreasonable considering you have the whole entire home to yourself plus the pool as far as a dead grass goes we are trying to preserve water in the community. They are somewhat dead, but what does that have to do with you staying in the home ? Didn’t realize you are writing a book about your stay when ask for feedback all because you were upset about being charge for extra guest fee that you fail to mention after you made your reservation. The floor is not dirty I myself had inspect after every cleaning has been done before my next guest arrived, that’s what a good host do.. You could have contact me directly when you arrive not once did you contact me and complaint about the floor or the dead grass or such. If you had contact me I would had resend my cleaner asap. You stay there almost a week not one time did you bother to contact me. Please do us both favor next time you give feedback try to be honest as this is a business that someone is try to make a living. Thank you

Nice property with a few quirks

This was a pretty nice place. It has an above ground pool in the back which came in handy. The pool is not heated, so at times it can be a little cool. The master bedroom only has a tiny sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom/closet/shower. Did not have very many spices for cooking, including salt and pepper. The fridge is in a bad location and hits against a wall making it difficult to access the freezer portion. Lots of signage around the house letting you know the rules and expectations which I appreciated. Kerry answered quickly when I had questions or concerns, good host.

Weekend getaway

The house was true to the pictures. Well maintained home. Although everything was well after we left the owner sent a message that was nice and I responded that it was a fabulous time so all was good. Later after traveling home I get a message from the owner that I’m unprofessional and rude because he thought we uploaded a photo of him and someone else. I have no idea what he was talking about. Him kept telling me that a member from my group did upload this photo that I have never seen ever. Then I ask the people in my group about the situation. my friend said she turned the tv on in the living room and a picture was already on the screen. After everything I still apologize for something I did not do or any member from my group did! How would we even have access to upload his photo and we don’t even know what he looks like. Very odd situation. For him
