Fun Fact - The street name for this property is named after the Dallas Cowboys, since their former Practice Facility was less than a mile away from this house.
What is really special about this home is that its just perfect for a family. The floor plan, open concept, high ceilings, big backyard, cozy rooms and gourmet kitchen are laid out so well that my kids love this place more than their own home. Its also perfectly located with a short walk to the Rodeo Park and the Hollows Pond both of which are a major attraction for the residents of Valley Ranch.
What is really special about this home is that its just perfect for a family. The floor plan, open concept, high ceilings, big backyard, cozy rooms and gourmet kitchen are laid out so well that my kids love this place more than their own home.
