Private Remodeled Basement w/Full Bath and Two bedrooms

The Vrbo is located in my private basement. The basement has a full living room, a full-size bathroom, and two bedrooms. The basement has a locking door and key for guests' own security.

Please be patient with me as I learn the ropes of hosting. The space is very private and very clean. As I gain experience hosting through Vrbo, I will continue to add amenities.

Besides renting the basement, I do have a full-time roommate who lives on the main floor.

This space is located about 15 minutes from downtown, 10 to the Mizzou campus/ stadiums and located very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Columbia mall.

Spacious Hideaway

I was so surprised how big this space was! Beautiful finished basement, nice industrial vibe. Well appointed, very clean, just as it appeared in the photos on the listing. Quick drive to downtown Columbia and the colleges. Host was quick to reply to our questions upon check-in. Street parking in a quiet, low traffic cul-de-sac. Definitely bring slippers, the polished concrete floor can be cool - not a problem for those of us who run warm. Would absolutely book again if I'm in the area.

Clean, stylish space

This basement apartment is very stylishly decorated, very clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds, bathroom, and shower were all very nice. No stove, however, so don't plan on cooking. And it is a little weird having to walk in the front door of the house and into the owner's living room before heading downstairs to the apartment. The door locks from the inside though, and the owners were so quiet we were never sure if they were there or not. We were also a little uncomfortable leaving all of our belongings during the days when we went out, since we couldn't lock the basement. The arrangement requires a bit of trust. If you can get past that, it's a great space for a very good price, especially in COMO.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Wyatt’s. Everything was as described. Great communication. Very clean and well decorated. Comfy beds. Washer/dryer is in the main house but no problem when we needed to use them. I highly recommend this location. We stayed for a weekend for work. Fit 3 adults comfortably. Thank you again Wyatt for hosting us short notice.
