Temperature was great. An aesthetically pleasing look. Safe location, snuggled in a nice subdivision. Bed very comfortable. Be aware, there is no stove or oven. Host provides a two burner stove top and air fryer to compensate. Host needs to check the fuses for some of the outlets. Had to move the appliances to find functioning outlets in the kitchen. Host great with follow up questions and requests. Allowed us to extend the check out time for the activity we were in Phoenix for. We would stay here again.

The house was clean and comfortable. However, it would have been more inviting if there had Been coffee and a good coffee pot. There was a hide a bed that we used. It was very comfortable the bed sheets and blankets were nice however, there were no pillowcases for the pillows. I called the owner and asked for some but did not hear from them until our last night. I just made do. It was quiet.

Host was kind enough to let us in early. The unit was mostly clean but there was dog poo and somone's shorts on the patio outside. The bed was low but comfortable, and there was a couch by the only TV that seemed determined to eject whoever was sitting on it (it was comfortable once we found the appropriate posture). Overall pretty reasonable for the price/location.

Perfect little casita for us to stay in before leaving for the airport in the morning! We found a cute sports bar near by and a 3D mini golf! Fun spot to stay.

Comfortable and quite

This property is in a nice neighborhood it was very quiet i was very comfortable had everything I needed to feel relaxed and at home and the host was very good at reaching out and communicating I definitely recommend this property if you are in the area

Very clean, cozy casita

We stayed in this casita for four nights. It was clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable! Host was very communicative and answered all my questions. The casita is in a quiet neighborhood and was conveniently located to amenities in Queen Creek.

Extended weekend stay for soccer tournament

Stayed here with husband and 11 yr old son for soccer tournament at Legacy fields. Flew into/out of AZA which is about 10 minutes away. Legacy fields was also about 10 minutes away. Only negative was no coffee maker. Enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

Great place and a good price. At least for the area. Only two issues. Handheld shower hose needs to be replaced. It leaks bad and therefore drops the shower pressure. Also, the hide-a-bed cushions tuck themselves in up front. Not sure how to correct that. Otherwise it’s a 5 star stay. And it’s 4.5 stars not 4.

The tiny place is cute. The furniture is very uncomfotable. The couch is a pull out, and the pillows would sink into it. The bed was so hars and very uncomfortable. I could not get comfortable. There is no stove or coffee maker. If I had the extra money, I would have went to a hotel. I do not recommend this casita.

Not quite Cozy

First off this is a good location with no noise and traffic. The inside of the casita looks nice but that's about where it ends. I hate to leave reviews but after the owner didn't even attempt to apologize or take recommendations I feel I need to so anyone wanting to stay here is informed. First off the AC didn't cool below 78F day or night and the owner knew it because he set up a HVAC repair company to come fix it, they called me. Only catch is we had to be there between noon - 4:00. Who rents a place when they know the AC isn't working right and then who asks the renters to cancel plans an hang out? The king bed is HORRIBLE and broken down. We stayed two night and couldn't sleep in the huge holes in the bed. The couch isn't mush better and it broken down. There isn't a coffee put or coffee cups, which should be standard at any hotel or VRBO. We did see roaches, dead ones, but they weren't there the day before so somewhere they are alive... The shower is nice a big but the shower head doesn't match the holder and falls off the wall sometimes. The soap dispenser puts out a drop with each push of the button, so after a couple minutes you have enough soap to wash, ugh. All in all this could be an outstanding property with a little TLC and an attempt to be better than a hotel. Unless the owner dumps some money into this place and states he made the changes on the listing you are rolling the dice.
