Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private two-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 43” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom as well as a 40" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy full-sized sleeper sofa for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private balcony, rooftop skydeck, on-street parking, and keyless access.

Great home away from home for a work trip

Stayed for just under two weeks while in town for work. Location was great and pretty walkable. Apartment was clean and well organized. If you are driving parking is a small issue but nothing too bad as we parked on a side street with parking after 6pm. I would recommend the apartment and will likely be staying again.

The local was perfect. Was able to walk to several brew pubs. Parking was off site but was available at all hours. The balcony was perfect for sitting out a having cocktails looking over the river and park. Will be staying here again.

On street parking is not ideal. There was major construction in the area, which would have been nice to know prior to booking. Otherwise the rental was clean and nice.

Location was great, but unfortunately NO PARKING was available it was all metered and we had to park far away and uber back since we were walking around all day otherwise it was 2 hour parking nearby, but no available spots, this is not a open concept, the place was clean and checkin and checkout was good along with communication, but unfortunately it was hot and we were asked not to turn the a/c lower than 68 and it was uncomfortable to sleep

Nice condo with lots of charm. Parking was a bit tricky and wish we could have been made more aware prior to arrival. Beautiful river area. Great parks and walking trails. Quite a few homeless but didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay again! Great management. Very helpful.

Hi Apul, Sorry to hear the stay didn’t go how you expected. We totally get how frustrating it is when things don’t feel right, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. That said, we do want to clear a few things up. As soon as you let us know about the hot water, we sent someone out the same day. The plumber confirmed the water was warm and the system was running , it’s a gas setup, so it likely just needed a simple adjustment. We’ve flagged this with the building team to avoid future hiccups. As for the outlets, lights, and hair dryer, after your check-out, we had everything inspected. All the outlets worked, the hair dryer and microwave were fine, and every room had working lamps. The bedroom doors also locked without issue. We’re not dismissing how you felt, but the home is accurately shown in the listing and our team moved fast to help. We wish we had more time to turn things around for you while you were there. Thanks again for the feedback, we’re always working to improve, and your input helps with that.

Good location but can’t recommend

Pros: The apartment is fine. Nice location by the river. The building is dated and the layout of the unit is odd but it’s…fine. Host was helpful and responsive, we left an iPad behind and they called us right away to let us know. Cons: The balcony off the master bedroom was a home for several pigeons and covered in pigeon waste, it’s unusable and gross. Parking is a pain, if you have any luggage you have to unload on a 2 way street (dangerously) then somebody has to go up a pretty steep hill to park in metered parking spots and remember to move vehicle. The furniture is pretty uncomfortable. Basically: stay at a hotel if you’re going to be downtown, the parking and inconvenience of the apartment was ultimately pretty disappointing and even though it wasn’t unclean it just sort of had a “gross” feeling with the pigeons and state of the building.

I’m sorry to hear that the balcony and parking situation weren’t what you’d hoped for. While we try to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained, local wildlife can sometimes create unexpected challenges. If we had known about the pigeon issue during your stay, we would have been happy to address it immediately. Regarding parking, I understand it can be tricky in a downtown area, but unfortunately, it’s something that’s out of our control. We do our best to guide guests through the available options, but I appreciate your understanding and feedback. Thanks again for your input and for staying with us. Never again

We had issues with our stay from the onset. Our code for the door didnt' work as they didn't process our early entry request.The lighting was off and flickered.There was minimal to no hot water while it was in the 30s outside.There is no parking near the unit and we had to walk around a building in the dark and up steep inclines. With my wife and small children this didn't feel safe at all.We had issues communicating with the host also as some of the communication felt robotic or automated. We ended up leaving this place and paying top dollar for a hotel and requesting a refund as we didn't stay 1 night in this home. We have yet (3 days later) receive a partial or full refund. I would stay as far away from this place as possible. My family and I take 4-5 trips per year. This is the first poor review I have written as I've not experienced such poor quality and horrendous value from any travel experience in my life. I may never use vrbo again but for sure will stay away from this property manager.

We are rather new to the Virbo universe. We've only done one booking before and that was in California several months ago and it was just such a positive experience that we knew we needed to use them again. This stay in Reno has been a learning experience. The previous stay is the standard now but now we know what a bad stay can be like. The owner has furnished the apartment with what looks like whatever they could find. There were lamps without switches, space heaters that didn't work, and I could name a few other things but I'll stop there. The apartment has limited outlets and not one USB port for charging your devices. First off, the location of the apartment is great. However, upon check in, there was a notice stating that the water was going to be turned off in the apt on our 3rd day there (no time range stated. Granted, this is outside the owner’s control.) So we had to switch plans to accommodate this unforeseen event. Unfortunately the VRBO listing didn’t state that the city was repairing a bridge right outside our balcony. Turns out construction started last May so it is not something that just started yesterday..On our first morning, we were woken up at 6:15 by the sound of machinery. This was a four night stay and this just kind of set the tone of our vacation. The next morning, I opened the refrigerator and found out our food was not cold. We brought a significant amount of food with us because we were going to make some meals there. The freez
