You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located large apartment. Nearby are supermarkets, hypermarkets, subway, bars, clubs, discos, and fine dining. This is the best area of the city and you can walk to everything. Great views and rooftop access. Completely renovated in 2023 and everything is new! It is spacious and has everything you need. A large kitchen with a combined dining and living room. Work spaces and fast internet! A great place to stay while you enjoy Medellin! You will feel very comfortable in this luxury apartment with a great view of the city and air conditioning in every room. Best of all it is guest friendly!

Bars, restaurants, malls, supermarkets, metro, discos, everything is walking distance. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time in the city of eternal spring. Best of all we are guest friendly!
    This is the best part of the city, located on the most expensive street in Medellin called the "Golden Mile".

    This apartment has been completely renovated. It has an industrial modern style, everything is real wood and it is a place that you can feel yourself in luxury while in Medellin. I nice home away from home. There is air conditioning in all the windows, new furniture, new paint, new sound-proof windows, and more. The apartment is very comfortable for your stay and you are located in the best part of the city.
