The space
Our newly built 3beds 2baths house located in the beautiful and fast-growing community Bell Farms, South Lubbock. It is just minutes away from brand new stores, restaurants, supermarkets. Close to the interstate I-27 and the loop-298 made it easy to access to Texas Tech University, hospitals, or any place around Lubbock.

Our place is perfect for your trip whether you are visiting Lubbock for a family getaway, Tech games, business, or just passing through.

This new, safe, and beautiful house has everything you need to make you feel right at home:

The house was immaculate. We had everything we needed. It was a great spot between Lubbock and Slaton where we had scheduled activities. The only thing that could make it better was grab bars in bathtub/shower for those who are elderly or have a disability to prevent falls. I did need to reach out to host to get check-in info but she responded in a timely manner. Excellent place to stay!

We wanted a house with a garage so we didn’t have to unload the car for TTU move-in. The house was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would have made it better was if it were closer to campus, but well worth it to not have to unload and reload for a night.

First and foremost, communication with the homeowners was excellent- very responsive and willing to accommodate some early booking snaffu’s on our end. The house was exactly as described- great, safe neighborhood, very clean, well appointed, awesome private back yard..and a spacious garage in which we were able to park our large suv. We appreciate the personal touches and comfy beds and would def consider booking with Ashley & Nick should we find ourselves in Lubbock again.

In town for a competition

Three of us stayed in Lubbock for a scent work competition. The home was very clean and the location was perfect being only 10 minutes from our event.

Texas Tech Visit

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The property was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We did not use the kitchen but it looked fully supplied. The host even put up a festive Christmas tree. Thank you!
